BRB ALLOYS is specialized in manufacturing sand casting of G.E.T. Parts. Factory started from 2007 located in Naroda GIDC of Ahmedabad city in Gujarat state of India.

BRB ALLOYS is An ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company for internation stardard for manufacturing sand casting of G.E.T. Parts.

The Management and the staff of the company have good technical background and have good work experience in the foundry technology. At present, we are manufacturing almost entire range of tooth point, side cutters, adaptors and lock pins from alloys steel cast.

We have all the necessary in-built infrastructure to manufacture raw steel to final product. Manufacturing processes in the company are carried out as per Quality Management System (QMS). We have identified our owned research formula for manufacturing products followed by formulated heat treatments.

All the processes for manufacturing are carried out under close supervision by qualified engineers with subsequent quality check to ensure zero defect products.

Inspection of various processes as well as in-process materials are carried out at all appropriate stages to comply with standard parameters and to produce zero-defect product with unmatched quality.
